2 Minute Miracle Ice Gel..

Hey Lovelies!! How u all doin?

Okay! Today's post is about this new product I came across and it blew my mind..(not yet launched- Haha! Talk abt the benefits of following a blog, you know things before the world does)...It's called a 2 Minute Miracle Gel by JM Ocean Avenue.. And I must say 'What a Product'!!😍

That little jar really does what is says Cleanses, Rejuvenates and Invigorates Skin.
It's a clear gel which needs to be applied, let it stay for 2 minutes, circular motion massage to remove all of that dirt, excess oil and dead skin off ur face/neck like magic then rinse and pat dry which leaves your skin seriously clean, soft and glowing...

Tried the product on my frends and their faces were clean and glowing!😊

I know it's not a close up and I forgot to take a before pic too... Ahh! This is what happens when u get all excited 😁
But believe me, the amount dead skin this product can take off, I'm so impressed the way it got the dirt off the skin especially around the nose area, which is not an easy spot plus that's where the most oil/dirt gets collected...
I'm so glad I found this product, it's definitely a go-to and a must-have!!
It's definitely on my August Favs List now 😊

The product will soon be available to purchase.... Will surely keep you all posted πŸ˜‰

Until then,
Stay Beautiful ❤️

MASCARA : HOW TO CHOOSE "THE RIGHT" ONE

Hi Ladiess,

Mascaras for me is a beauty product that complete my look for everyday.  I can still go out the door even not wear them, but they add "wow" factor to my make up for the day. Some people even say that mascaras is a "high heel" for the eye, it lift and open up your eyes, make it elegant, beautiful, and fresh. So yes, I am not addict to mascaras, but still there are couple of them in my make up collection.

HOW TO CHOOSE?

Mascaras is about two things : the wand and the formula. The wand more exactly to be important, the formulas just similar one and another, just add another plus fiber, protein, goodness and bla bla bla. Every mascara wand and formulas have their unique and specialty, the wand will define the lashes, so choose wisely the wand and formulas of your mascara!
wand types and different function of them
Before you buy some mascara, know your lashes first and how you want them to be. Different people must be have be a different type of lashes. Here some tip for choosing "the right" mascara:

For thin lashes : Go For Fiber Big Separated Mascaras!
Benefit - They're Real! Mascara

You want lot of volume for your lashes. This type of wand will be perfect then. The wand have a separate brushes so they will separate your lashes into individual one, in same time add volume to each lash of your lashes. Plus, this benefit mascaras have fiber formulas in it, so the fiber will be stick to your lashes naturally and make it thick and voluminous. So perfect for thin lashes!

For straight lashes: Go For Waterproof Curved Mascaras!

Maybelline - The Falsies Mascara

You want your lashes to be curled beautifully. Some tend to have short straight lashes that are hard to be still curled in the end of your day after you apply make up. For this type of lashes, wear the waterproofed one! The waterproof one will hold the curl longer than the not waterproofed one. Yes, they are pain in the ass to be erased, but the gain your lashes will be curled prettily till the time you remove it. The curved wand like this Maybelline one is great to help you curled naturally the lashes even you don't use eyelash curler. So easy to use when you don't have time in the morning.
For short lashes : Go For Slim Wand Mascaras

Lancome - Definicils Lengthening Mascara

If you have a very short lashes and you want length - but you hate thick clumpy lashes. This is perfect the for you. If you just want to add length to your lashes, just wear the slim and brushy wand like this, it will built the lashes that you want. The wand will build the length, but not make it clumpy nor thick. Just add the beautiful long lashes.

For "different" lashes : Go for Color Mascara!

This will be a substitute for your bright eyeshadow and eyeliner in this summer. If you tired of usual make up, for a fun party - wear this! It pops your beautiful eye, but still natural rather than wearing color eyeliner. The tip is wear color mascara that complement your eye color, example: you have brown eyes than wear the blue mascara.

Everyone tend to use the black color mascara to enhance the color of their nature lashes (including Me!). But, I tell you, if you want your make up look, especially eye make up look really natural, try the brown mascaras. They are great for "delicate" looks. Your eye will be such a natural, doll like look. If you want to step out from routine black mascara, but you afraid of the color one, try this dark brown. Still natural but different than usual.

NEHA'S CHOICE
I have my choices for mascaras that should be on your make up stash! Recommended mascara teehee :)

My Current Favorite Mascaras:
1. Benefit - They're Real Mascara
2. Maybelline - One by One Mascara
3. Maybelline - Rocket Mascara

Summer Product Review!

Hi girlies !!

TishTashTeam was generous enough to send me these summer beauty products to try on and give my review on them!!
Alongwith the sweet handwritten note.. Thank you so much!!

I actually received these products like more than a week ago, but I really wanted to give these products a good try before giving any of my opinion..

So here it is:
Neutrogena Visible Clear:
It's a pore & shine daily scrub... I have been using this scrub and it does clean within ur pores and absolutely not harsh on skin at all, pretty good for sensitive skin too. As my cheek area are a little sensitive hence I don't use scrubs on daily basis but this product, didn't cause any harm; so wow to that :) and I also would like to add up that I have dry skin and this does dry up my skin a little but not harsh at all..still liking the product but need to moisturize instantly. It will seriously work like magic on normal/combination/oily skin type :)

Fa Floral Protect:
This was launched like about a couple months ago and Thanks TishTash for the invites to the launch :) Had an awesome time.. I was never usually fond of Fa products bcoz they never used to last really well, no great scent and also did stain... So I always kept myself away from FA deo n roll-ons.... But this new collection with great new formula is absolutely great; I mean I was surprised how good the product was and how it lasted well with beautiful new fragrances, I use it like everyday now :) So whoever hasn't tried this yet, should definitely give it a shot cause This is definitely a Must-Have!!!! :D

And Finally...
Herbline Essentials Sunscreen Lotion:
I was looking for some really good sunscreen for this summer, which will be suitable for sensitive skin too and during my search, I luckily received an email from TishTash asking if I was looking for something in particular... I was like OMG!! I found myself a genie :D and I when mentioned to them about my sunscreen dilemma, then sent me these. Woowww!! This product is from UAE and has SPF 40 which is good enough for this year's summer in Dubai which is getting crazier day by day... So when I tried the Herbline Sunscreen, it was totally soft and did protect my skin from the harsh sun during the day and the best part is that it moisturizes ur skin alongwith protecting it!! So it I'm lovin it!!! Can't wait to try the other range of products from this brand... Coz i'hv heard all good things about it...

Leme know if u have given these products a try and what u think abt it :)

Until then,
Stay Beautiful <3
Love ya

5 Best Concealers Ever!!

Hi Girlies!!

Eid Al-Fitr Mubarak! Hope you all had an amazing time with your family and friends...

Ramadan and Eid kept me busy, but without any delay - Here are the best products to hide those tired eyes!!

Best Under Eye Concealers!!

Bobbi Brown Corrector and Concealer

This peach tinted concealer is perfect for dark circles under the eyes as it counteracts the blueness (orange/peach is the opposite of blue on the color  wheel, therefore the colors balance each other out). Correctors work differently than traditional concealers in that they are colored- specifically for correcting a specific issue (ie blueness under the eyes looking like dark shadows or circles). The gel like consistency is perfect for under the eyes. It won’t cake up or look too dry. It glides easily, isn’t too thick, and covers extremely well.

To apply I simply take my ring finger and swipe the smallest amount under my eyes before I apply my foundation. If you don’t wear foundation, then you will simply need a color close to your skin which is not peach, As the Bobbi Brown Concealer Kit, you will love every bit of using this product.

Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat
Even though this is actually claimed to be a “skin brightener”, but it works well as just a plain ole’ concealer. ;) I use this under the eyes, BUT I apply after my foundation. You do not need this in addition to correctors, as you don’t want to apply too much product, especially under the delicate eye area.
The consistency of this is a bit creamy versus a gel, but it isn’t so thick to where it emphasizes any wrinkles or crevices. If you don’t have bad dark circles, then this should be plenty coverage for you.  I suggest getting a shade lighter than your skin to help brighten up the area.
To apply, gently sweep this under the eyes after applying foundation. Or you can apply straight to bare skin if you wish to skip foundation, just be sure to blend really well.

Maybelline Fit Me Concealer
This is without doubt the best drugstore concealer ever! This comes in a tube and has a wand much like a lipgloss would. It’s easy to apply and blends into the skin smoothly and evenly. It’s a thin, liquid formula that covers and hides imperfections incredibly well. It also hides dark under eye circles, no problem. This concealer is available in 6 different shades catering for either pink or yellow undertones. The best way to apply this is to sweep it under the eyes or around the nose where you need it and blend it with either your ring finger or concealer brush.
This has a smooth formula and doesn't get at all cakey. It does have a slight smell but is nothing offensive or too harsh. I find this is a great dupe for the YSL Touche Γ‰clat. This is ideal for those days when you don’t want to wear a full face of foundation but still want to cover any darkness or imperfections you may have.

Best Concealers for Blemishes!!
MAC Studio Finish Concealer
The difference between undereye concealers and blemish concealers is simply the texture: concealers that work best on blemishes have a thicker, creamier texture. I love this MAC one as it covers incredibly well and doesn’t look cakey like some cream concealers can. It comes in a convenient little pot which is great for travel, and it is available in a variety of different shades.

Makeup For Ever Camouflage Cream
This palette was my first love for concealers! I love how well it covers the blemishes and how it doesn’t get cakey. The texture is almost exactly like MAC’s Studio Finish, but it includes 5 shades in one sleek palette, perfect for custom blending.
To apply, I dab my finger (clean finger *cough cough*) into the concealer and dab over the blemish. Do NOT swipe as it will streak instead of covering the blemish, especially if it is raised.
If you need just a little coverage under the eyes, this could work, but be sure to apply with a concealer brush so you get a super thin layer.

Let me what you think about these products in the comments section below!

5 Makeup Tricks to Steal

The more you know how to utilize your beauty tools, the more fun you can have (not to mention, the more money you’ll save).
Here are some of my favorites simple tips n tricks that anyone can do, that’ll make you feel—and look—like a pro.

1. The Matte Factor: You can turn any lipstick matte by adding a small amount of powder blush on top. Apply lipstick, blot with a tissue, and pat blush on top with your finger until it's fully matte. This is a perfect way to test matte texture to see if you like it while utilizing products you already have.

2. Ms. Mix-A-Lot: You can easily make an at home tinted moisturizer by mixing your foundation with your daily moisturizing cream. This will thin out the texture of your makeup when you want sheer coverage, and hydrate your skin at the same time.

3. Double Duty Eyes: Did you know mascara can double as an eyeliner? Smudge some mascara from your wand on your hand, and apply as a liner with a brush to the lash line. Finish with 3 coats of the same mascara on the lashes. This is a great tip for traveling.

4. Instant Brow Lift: Highlight brows with concealer and blend with a foundation brush. By placing concealer around the brows and blending, you add shape and lift, without an eye-raising bill from the plastic surgeon.

5. Cheeky Fix: Lipstick can double as a cream blush when you're in a bind. There was this one time and I left my blushes in a different makeup bag that wasn't with me. I used a soft peach lipstick blended on the cheek instead, and voila: instant cream blush!

Skin Care during Holy Ramadan!!

Hey there, beautiful ladies,

Ramadan Kareem to all of you!!

While you are fasting, your body and skin goes through many changes and for this reason you need to take special care of your skin. Skin care in Ramadan is very important to have a fresh look all daylong so that you do not look wearied out to your family and friends. And, for this the first few things to know are skin related problems that may arise during Ramadan.

Dehydration is the most common threat that is associated to the summer season. Due to dehydration, the skin becomes dull and faint. On the top of it, when you are fasting, you cannot take the amount of liquid that you would usually take during the day to keep you hydrated. Your meal times also change during this month, making your skin prone to many diet related hazards, which also affect the quality of your skin.
Following are the some skin care tips for the Holy month of Ramadan.
Ø  Diet is very important because it has direct effect on the skin. Avoid eating oily and spicy food items because these can turn your skin oily and result in the outgrowth of pimples, acne and skin rashes.
Ø  Eat a good amount of fresh vegetables and fruits in suhoor and iftaar to provide essential nutrients to the skin.
Ø  Protect yourself and your skin from the harmful effects of the dehydration; drink a lot of liquids between iftaar and suhoor.
Ø  If your skin is dry then you should do cleansing and toning regularly.
Ø  Women with oily skin should not use oily creams and lotions in Ramadan.
Ø  It is good to wash your face with plain water frequently. Along with the moisturizing your face, it also removes the extra oil and dust from the skin.
Ø  Spray rose water 3-4 times a day on sensitive parts of your skin during Ramadan to keep your skin cells fresh.
Ø  Avoid cosmetics as much as you can.

If you have to go to work or you have to wear makeup on daily basis for some reason, then you must try these tips.
·         Light-weighted foundation looks good and hides the spots on your skin.
·         Use blush-on of matte light colors like peach, pink or bronzers.
·         Using eye shadow during the day is not necessary but if you really should then use light/nude colors.
·         You can also wear kajal or eye liner to make your eyes to look gorgeous.

·         Try not to use any kind of lip wear during fasting or u can try some organic lip balm (make sure, u don’t ingest it).

Ramadan Kareem  and  Stay Blessed..

Love <3
